Terms of Use

FiniTok is provided by Elton Carlström, Stockholm, Sweden. Contact: support@finitok.com. By creating an account or using FiniTok you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old. Give accurate information, keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you think someone else has accessed your account.

2. Free trial

New accounts get a 7-day free trial provided by FiniTok. No payment is taken to start it and nothing is charged when it ends. Where enabled, we offer one trial per device using Apple DeviceCheck, so a device that already used a trial may not get another.

3. Subscriptions

Prices are in US dollars; the App Store shows your local price and taxes before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends; your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in Settings on your iPhone, under your name, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your FiniTok account does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com). If you are an EU consumer, your statutory rights, including withdrawal rights where they apply, are not affected.

4. Acceptable use

Do not break the law or infringe others' rights; bypass the trial or subscription checks; attack, scrape or overload our servers; reverse engineer the app except where the law allows; or use any field to post harmful or unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Third-party content

Posts come from public YouTube, Instagram and TikTok creators and play in those platforms' official embeds under their own terms. We do not own, endorse or control that content, it may change or disappear at any time, and FiniTok is not affiliated with those platforms. To report content, see Support.

6. Your content and our rights

Notes and preferences you save stay yours; you allow us to store and process them to run the app for you. The app and its design belong to us or our licensors; you get a personal, limited, non-transferable licence to use it on your Apple devices.

7. Changes and ending the service

We may change or discontinue features or the service and may update these terms; for material changes we will tell you in the app or by email. You can stop at any time and delete your account in Settings.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent the law allows, the app is provided "as is" and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your mandatory consumer rights are preserved.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes go to Swedish courts, except that if you are a consumer in the EU you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may use the courts there.
